High-grade, pigmented undercoat for use on chalking existing coatings and as an adhesion promoting priming coat on smooth surfaces. Particularly suitable for subsequent coatings with intensively coloured polymer resin paint (Duparol – tinted by the manufacturer). solidifies promotes adhesion for smooth surfaces with low absorbency for chalking existing paint coatings for cement-fibrous-sheets
