Highest office building in North Rhine-Westphalia
The tower itself consists of two tower blocks each with five lower floors and 41 upper floors. These two structures are connected together by footbridges. The highest quality was demanded both inside and out. The office and conference rooms are not just bright and spacious, but also feature high quality surface visual effects. Here was a chance for the smooth-lime technology of Calcino-Decor, particularly on the floor accommodating the company board. With this product fine surfaces were created with a marble visual effect. Other Caparol products were also used – for example Akkord lightweight filler which was employed for all the ceilings. On the five underground levels including the car park, Sylitol Bio-Interior Paint was used on the wall and ceiling surfaces.
